Self-defense
Increase your personal safety and become more mentally and physically resilient with realistic Krav Maga techniques.
Approach
As a certified Krav Maga instructor, I teach you effective techniques to recognize dangerous situationsto and to protect yourself. I offer self-defense courses (see events) as well as personal training. Both have a very realistic and practical approach, teaching you how to react in unexpected situations.
We train on:
- Use of Voice: Learn to use your voice powerfully and effectively.
- Situational Awareness: Recognize danger and assess situations correctly.
- Practical Skills: Practice techniques against various holds, knife attacks and threats.

Self-defense at Ariseyah is for any woman ages 14 and above who wants to proactively prepare for unexpected and potentially unsafe situations. Whether you want to learn how to handle confrontations, better recognize dangerous situations or develop practical techniques to protect yourself, our courses and personal training teach you to be stronger and more resilient. No experience is necessary.
